    Y'alls comments are interesting... First y'all start-out hugging cops and kissing their butts, its a cop love-fest... ...then you go 180° & say that cops are tyrants. Make up y'alls minds. Y'all know for damn sure in your hearts that y'all wouldn't bust a grape towards a cop. Resist? Please. American society has been cowed for years believing, and teaching their kids, "The police are your friends", then talking crap about them if they get a traffic ticket. Where's the continuity in that practice? Police now are the most militaristic that they've ever been, and news stories lay it on so thick about the "crime wave tsunami washing over the nation". Black n' Brown gangsters ra**ng and k***ing. White collar crooks cleaning-out folks bank accounts, drug fueled crime sprees. C'mon folks. Its actually pretty safe out here. Enjoy and live your lives. The actual biggest gangsters are those politicians who molest, and extort your pocketbook annually, every April 15th.

    If there’s no footage you just lie about how far he was with the knife just don’t exaggerate greatly. If there’s intent capability and motive that’s all you need. Obviously don’t murder people but going to jail because someone wanted you dead is absurd.

    Woke up to a Marie veteran roommate, yelling at his wife, convinced she dad a Russian spy. He was 6'8" tall. We called him Tarzan, because that's what he looked like. I was able to escorts her out to my car, where I took both of them to where she worked, and managed to get him to let me drop her off where they worked. I then talked to the guy, for the rest of the day. He told me about what he saw in Afghanistan. Dead kids. Piles of bodies. People hanging from street lights. Or.. Half of them. What they go through, is incomprehensible to anyone who's never seen it.

    Im thinking if you feel threatened at 10 ft or 100 feet you pull it out when in doubt. I personally would wait till the 3 foot area because im not a professional marksman. If i accidentally hit an innocent adult or child that would destroy me. So if theres a threat show them the business end of freedom. If they continue to advance well at that point im deciding on how many shots do i need to stop the threat. Btw if you carry regularly thats a burden to you. You should be paid for your services. Imho

    I was in law enforcement and security for a combined 15 years. I also have instructed law enforcement and still instruct citizens in the use of force and self-defense. We very much teach the 21 ft. rule to civilians and tell them to incorporate it in their use of force when it comes to self-defense.

That was 8 years ago, Government refuses that my trauma was service-related (even though I passed all the psych screens to go to war). What's the Corpus Juris Secundum say about "Attorney and Client?" Who is an Attorney's first duty? The Court/State. What's a "Client?" A "Client" is a "Ward of the Court." What's a "Ward of the Court?" "Wards of the Court" are defined as, "Infants and persons of unsound mind placed by the Court under the care of a guardian."

  • @jimmorrison306
    @jimmorrison306 12 часов назад

    1) profiling persist because it often works. While racial profiling is crap, the way people act, the way we dress, the car we drive, and other things can be profiled, and these other things are going to be right often enough that you (as a reasonable person) would profile based upon your personal experience. 2) sometimes people are mentally ill; sometimes other people do commit crimes based upon ideology. Race doesn’t have anything to do with that. 3) sometimes people create a self fulfilling prophecy wherein they fight with cops when nothing would have happened had they just acted normally and appropriately. Cops are in a position where they cannot take “no” for an answer just because someone throws a tantrum. I’m all for being fair, so take legal action upon racism in our judicial system, but it isn’t fair to make it a blanket statement based upon feelings. This lady speaker comes very close to sounding racist. Every crime should be looked at individually or be looked at from the history and actions of that individual. Don’t judge a crime right off the bat because the defendant is one color and the cops are the other.

    I’m not a lawyer but this seems like horrendous advice. The exception doesn’t make the rule. Just because 1 out of 100 prosecutors ended up helping doesn’t mean the other 99 wouldn’t destroy you. If your the defense more often than not I have to think you’ll do better without a prosecutor in the jury.

    I’ve been aware of the 21 foot rule for decades and as a private citizen, if you’re threatening me or my family even from a distance, your future is worse than just questionable. Stopping the threat is not good enough because I don’t want to see you in court. I’ll take my chances without your ability to testify.

    Y’all live in the wrong states. Pointing a firearm in Indiana is illegal by default, however, when done in self defense, it’s absolutely legal. In fact, the exception for self-defense for both officers and citizens is laid out BEFORE the elements of the crime. Also, don’t come here and change it 😆

    • @RedCellH
      @RedCellH 17 часов назад

      Also, the 21 foot rule doesn’t allow you to shoot somebody 21 feet away just because they have a weapon which is alluded to in this video. The 21 foot rule says that if your weapon is not out when they are within 21 feet, human reaction time and draw time stack to a point where you are likely to loose that battle. I would be thoroughly impressed if anyone could find me a state law anywhere that says anything about the 21 foot rule specifically though.
